By accessing, browsing, or using Mingzy ("the Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

1. Age Requirement (Strictly 18+)

Mingzy is strictly intended for adult individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using Mingzy, you affirm and warrant that you are 18 or older. Minors are not permitted to access or use the application.

2. Code of Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree to treat all users respectfully. You must NOT use Mingzy to:

• Display, stream, or transmit sexually explicit material, pornography, or nudity.
• Harass, stalk, intimidate, bully, threaten, or defame any individual.
• Promote hate speech, racial discrimination, extremism, or violence.
• Record, photograph, or capture other users without their direct prior consent.
• Transmit malware, spam, unsolicited promotions, or unauthorized advertising.
• Impersonate another individual or misrepresent your identity with malicious intent.

3. Anonymity, Reporting & Moderation

Mingzy pairs users on an anonymous basis. Users maintain full control of their interactions and can disconnect at any time using the "NEXT" or "EXIT" buttons. If a user encounters inappropriate behavior, they can utilize the one-tap report function. Violators of these Terms are subject to immediate and permanent bans.

4. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

Mingzy is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not screen or guarantee the behavior, identity, or conduct of strangers you connect with. In no event shall Mingzy, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate your access to Mingzy at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms of Service.
