Mingzy does not require users to create an account, provide phone numbers, or submit government identification to participate in matchmaking. Connections are established anonymously.
All video and audio communications between users are conducted directly peer-to-peer (P2P) utilizing encrypted WebRTC technology. Our servers act solely as a signaling mediator and never record, monitor, or store any video or audio streams.
Chat messages sent during active sessions are stored only in volatile client memory for the duration of the conversation. When either user disconnects, skips to the next match, or exits the room, all message histories for that session are immediately purged.

Users have the ability to report inappropriate conduct via our one-tap reporting tool. In such cases, the anonymous session identifier may be temporarily flagged to enforce bans against malicious actors and protect the safety of the community.
